Business Development Associate | Yammak Careers

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Supply & Demand Management

Ensure supply of partners is aligned with daily and forecasted demand
Determine gaps and maximize utilization of available supply
Coordinate closely with the category and operations teams on planning

Partner Logistics

Manage partner arrivals, accommodation, and transport end-to-end
Ensure on-ground presence to resolve issues in real time
Be prepared for heavy lifting and hands-on operational work

Procurement & Inventory

Handle procurement of tools and consumables required for services
Maintain accurate inventory records and avoid stock-outs
Negotiate and coordinate with local vendors as needed

Partner Training

Conduct training sessions to build partner skill and service quality
Reinforce SOPs to ensure consistent customer experience
Support onboarding of new partners into the platform

Scheduling & Delivery

Ensure accurate scheduling of partner slots against bookings
Drive timely service delivery with minimal delays or cancellations
Track daily operational metrics and flag risks early

Daily Operations Ownership

Own the day-to-day running of online service operations
Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
Report on ground realities to help refine processes

Who We're Looking For

Candidate Profile

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 0–3 years of experience
Analytical mindset and good with numbers
Excellent with Microsoft Office and Windows
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and committed to finding solutions
Comfortable with on-ground presence and physical work
